HOME IS WHERE THE HERD IS.
When we decided to create Military-Out-Of-Home online, Joanne was writing about Military-Out-Of-Home and by the tenth time, began to shorten it to “MOOH.” It was then that we realized the coincidence—we’re located in prime NY dairy country, in the scenic Hudson River valley. So, voila, our star was born. … in camouflage and shades.
But, you’re probably wondering who we really are. We’re seasoned integrated marketing and advertising professionals — with years of in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in reaching the military consumer community. We both started out at agencies and made our way over to the client side at roughly the same time. Strategic, goal-oriented, and actionable programs are in our DNA. Today, we put our skills to work for advertisers and agencies to help them tap into this lucrative market with $200 Billion in discretionary spending.
For the last 20 years, Rosemary has worked exclusively in the military market assisting major brands such as AT&T, Toyota, H&R Block, Unilever, Dell, GNC, Ulta, Wyndham Hotels, Hershey’s, Kraft, Troy University and even the Dept. of Defense. Joanne’s background includes Verizon, Pitney Bowes, Omni Hotels, Wells Fargo, the Long Island Power Authority, Empire State Development, and a list as long as Grace’s.
While it’s wonderful to work with great brands, there’s something really special about on-base OOH advertising & marketing that really moooves us. When companies spend money on OOH advertising on-base, they are actually doing something above and beyond promoting their products and services to qualified buyers. Media purchases help support military morale, welfare, and recreation (a.k.a. MWR) — facilities, activities and events, which cannot be paid for with taxpayer dollars, but are very important to the military and their families. We feel really good about contributing to quality of life for the military community, and it’s why we love what we do.
So, please feel free to call us “MOOH,” too. We hope we’ll be working with you soon.
